As some of you already know, Neptune has three kinds of expulsions. It is something really necessary for such a big and important community, because obviously some members have screwed up far worse than others, and the members should know of it, so they don't be recruited again, and to know what kind of screw up the player made.
This topic shows the differences between someone kicked, banned and Blacklisted from Neptune. For this to work properly, everyone must know this. At least have a good idea of it. No exceptions.
Some points...
● ONLY Leader can declare someone Banned or Blacklisted.
● New member who decides to quit Neptune for any reason won't typicaly get a ban. No need to.
● It is POSSIBLE for a player to be unbanned or taken out of the Blacklist, but it is something VERY rare, since most players don't bother to even try to patch up the mistakes that they did in the past.
The expulsions:
Dismissed - Not a "real" expulsion per se. Admins can dismiss a member that has been very inactive. Maybe if the player starts to use such character again, it could be recruited.
Kicked - The player has commited enough screw ups against Neptune's Leader or one or more Neptunians. However these screw ups were done most likely IN PURPOSE. They are not worthy of our high standards anymore: they have been kicked.
Banned - Not many members deserve a ban on their face. This kind of player did even worse. Backstabbing, liying in important matters, hacking, and swapping --among MANY others-- are typically worthy of a ban. Being unloyal is a VERY good reason to be banned. As banned players, they are looked down and avoided.
Blacklisted - VERY FEW players earn this one. A player could had a intense anger or hate against Neptune, Leader or Nepts to have done what s/he did. Or perhaps s/he was a faker for a long time, pulled a 180º in personality, or pulled a major breaking of rules. Someone must REALLY piss me off enough to be Blacklisted; be it because s/he did it against myself, Neptune, or at least one Nept. Most of them are "lost causes", and as such they are frowned upon. A player doesn't get any worse than this. Beware.
How to treat these outcasts...:
Kicked players. ● They COULD be recruited back if the Admin is sure of what s/he is doing.
Banned players. ● They CAN'T be recruited by an Admin; UNLESS if I say so (possible, but VERY unlikely).
● Neptunians COULD allow them to play in training and quest games. Absolutely optional.
● Neptunians SHOULDN'T join a clan owned by a Banned player.
● It is recommended to IGNORE and AVOID them.
● It is recommended to not create rooms designed to play with them in ANY other channel.
Blacklisted players. ● They CAN'T be recruited by an Admin; UNLESS if I say so (possible, but EXTREMELY unlikely).
● They must NOT be allowed to play in our CC. Not even joining a room. If they do, Neptunians must force kicks against him/her. Or leave the room.
● Neptunians CAN'T join a clan owned by a Blacklisted player.
● It is encouraged to IGNORE and AVOID them.
● It is encouraged to not create rooms designed to play with them in ANY other channel.
Final notes.
● If you join and enconter by casuality a Banned / Blacklisted player outside of our CC in any kind of game you don't need to leave the room. Play Normally.
● When a Banned / Blacklisted player joins a CC game, s/he must be kicked AT ONCE. No need for any explanations. If the kick fails, someone else must retry. Or just leave the room. However, banned players COULD play in training/quest games, but only if Neptunians agree on such. Absolutely optional.
As always, ask whatever you need/want to know.
