it's saying who has been kicked and/or BLACKLISTED (wich is worse) and also the reason why. And trust me, they deserve it. Age doesn't kick people out of the clan just because they say something bad.

Suprisingly I have figured out something very important from Haruhi Suzumiya series also becoming one of the greatest Anime's for me.
What was so suprising from Haruhi Suzumiya?.. I have thought of the same thing some years ago...
