I've started to watch bleach for around 2-3 days now... (Tired of waiting for Naruto )

Anyways, I watched a season worth of episodes, and i'm loving it

Yachiru owns all.. Not only is she adored by a lot of fans, shes rumored to be powerful as well. Not as much airtime though, but shes still awesome.. You can't possibly blame anyone for liking her, its.. like the best thing since sliced bread!!

How is she exactly "so awesome"?

This is no sarcarm at all. I was wondering what is the thing with her. Of course I could wiki it up... but I prefered to have an opinion of a fan... and what better else than a Nept.

Despite the fact shes probably really old, she still has the innocence of a child. She easily gives in to temptations like Candy that the others try to bribe her with (she died at the age of 5-6 in the real world ~> Soul Society)
Also, she's the one that "breaks" the suspense, making nicknames, and having a lot of mini roles, especially after the episodes are over.. Yachiru always lights up the situation even when the reader/watcher is in a suspenseful part of the story.(ex. President of the Women's Shinigami Association, although being the youngest, and promoting silly ideas instead of carrying out meetings there)
And for being cute and powerful, yet mysterious.. its a rare combination only she can fit into
(mysterious because the fact she seems powerful, but most of her abilities are so unknown ><)

But in truth, i really didn't have any particular interest in her until in the further episodes, where they showed the Daughter/Father-like relationship between her and Kenpachi, the man who "finds" her in Soul Society and raises her. That's why shes always on his shoulder, except when he is in battle. It's just a pleasing sight, pretty hard to understand for people who don't know.

Anyways, it's pretty hard to describe why people like her, they just do.

Not really.. everyone just likes her for the fact although not being a "main" character, she adds a special "zing" to the anime itself.

Hm, 60 is a bit short for me.. thats the Soul Society arc of the anime? Those days were great... the Shinigami Zukan (those after-anime shorts) where Yachiru has the most airtime That was the bomb.

Uh oh, some people are getting offended, let me elaborate more properly.

I used to watch Naruto a couple years ago, I started watching when maybe the 10-20th episode was out. It was a generally good anime, I liked the music, and the stories were engaging. I started to get unexcited about new episodes coming out probably until after Sasuke vs Naruto ended, the rest of the episodes were generally composed of fillers. I stayed faithful to the anime that took me years to watch, even though it didn't engage me like it once did. Sometime later a new Naruto was coming out; Naruto Shippuden. It got back to the story but it didn't satisfy me, it was then that I FULLY realised I didn't like Naruto anymore; the characters were boring, the music is always the same, episodes that dragged on and on made me feel like my life was getting ripped off.

I just wanted something introduced, something that makes me go WOW! And that is something One Piece can offer (I think all the One Piece fans know what I mean). I never thought I'd even Consider watching One Piece in my whole life. Only reason I started was because I did some research and found the voice actor of Zoro was from Samurai Champloo (I like Samurai Champloo O.o, even though it was all fillers till the end). After finishing Samurai Champloo I decided to watch One Piece. The AMV's I watched and the clips I browsed through made me want to watch more. In the end it's been 371 episodes of pwnage and still going. The characters, story line's and music are all awesome. Full of action and full of drama; it's not the "kiddy show One Piece" that you'd normally expect. This anime just gets better and better, I wish I'd never see the day it ends.

I highly recommend everyone watches One Piece (even krumpy), It starts off slow but in the ends its all worth the while, you'll never think of it the same as you did before. One Piece FTW!!!
